Phase 1 ETC Classic tooling with ERC-721 sharer licensing, ETC and ETCPOWv2 upload payment flows, paid upload tracking and replication visibility, sharer registration and assignment delivery, operator-managed baseline IPFS replication, weekly off-chain rewards with on-chain Merkle claims, and a Dockerized backend for local and Mordor-backed testing.
